Dylan Boissey runs our kitchen operation out of a 1,200 sf space in Windsor, VT.  Dylan was trained at the New England Culinary Institute (NECI) in Montpelier, VT.  He also worked for 5 years as a chef at Twin Farms in Barnard, VT.

Dylan's Unique Recipes

Dylan created his own recipes for our line of gummies, hand-pulled taffy, chocolate bites and pulled hard candy.  All of our edibles are made fresh, in small batches on a weekly basis.  While he does get some occasional help with wrapping and packaging –  he is sort of a one man band that can do it all!  Dylan lives with his partner Abby in Barre, VT.
